If for any reason you are experiencing difficulty with your TV service, this can be caused by a number of things such as:
- Signal issue on your set-top box
- Soft disconnection due to non-payment
- Broadcaster issue
Here are a few checks you can make to help resolve the issue:
- Ensure that all wires are connected securely to the modem (ONT) and TV box (STB) and check if the issue persists.
- Restart the TV Box (STB). If more than one box has the error, restart your modem to refresh your connection.
- If the error is not showing on other STB, switch working with non-working STBs and check if the issue still persists.
